Cleverhome Automation were appointed to design and implement a full house home automation system in a Grade II listed refurbishment project. We worked closely with Richmond Green Developments to preserve the history of this building, alongside incorporating a contemporary twist of modern technology.

A stunning new build in Sevenoaks which was aesthetically pleasing both inside & out. A stunning display of lighting to highlight various features within the house. In this project we used 'american style' intelligent light switches to control various scened lighting in different areas. A great project to work on.

New build in West Mersea
We undertook this project which boasts of its breath taking views and state of the art home automation system. Our client wanted a simple solution whereby they could easily access their music library along with online streaming music through the use of in-wall touch panels and iPads. This was a whole house A/V system which also incorporated lighting, heating & gate entry system.

Oadby, Leicester project
In this project, our client was on a limited budget. We came up with a cost effective solution which allowed them to enjoy multiroom HD video and multiroom audio all controlled through an easy to use interface. The result was another happy customer and another successful install!
